Our Story
We are a club found in Tanzania belonging to Rotary International District 9214 consisting of a dynamic and diverse group of people with similar interests of serving the community and making a positive impact to the society. The e-Club mostly uses technology to meet their interests.
It is named Rotaract e-Club of Swahili because apart from making impact to the community, it is also a chance to make the Swahili Culture grow globally.
Areas of focus
We are inclined to give back to the society through the following channels
Peacebuilding and conflict resolution
Through education and dialogue we unite diverse groups. Our efforts build lasting harmony
Disease prevention and Treatment
We improve and expand access to low-cost and free health care in developing areas.
Water, sanitation, and hygiene
We help provide clean water and sanitation to enhance the quality of life.
Maternal and child health
We support mothers and children healthcare and resources. Every family deserves a healthy start.
Basic Education and literacy
We work with schools to help shade light to more matters than the classroom can provide
Community economic development
We boost economies and communities with training and support from local business.
Environment
Through clean up drives, reforestation, and eco-education, we safeguard our natural heritage
