Club Communication

The Swahili e-Club allows members to engage in club activities anywhere and anytime. We have a number of different methods of communicating with each other, including our Website, Google Meet, Zoom, Twitter, WhatsApp, Instagram, email and any other platform that will be deemed convenient for the club members communication now and in the future.

Club Certification

The club was chartered on 20th March 2024 during the Rotary Year 2023/24 with 27 active members, 15 members from Rotaract Club of Kwanza and 2 members from Rotaract Club of Kairuki and 10 members from neither of the two Clubs.

Club Certification

Become a member

  1. 1. Express Interest

Start by showing your interest in joining. Fill out a preliminary form through our established communication channels with your basic information, or connect with a current member listed on our members page for a personal introduction.

  2. 2. Attend a club meeting

Join an invited club meeting as a guest. This is your chance to experience the club’s spirit firsthand, learn about our projects, and meet our members to see if it’s the right fit for you.

  3. 3. Apply for membership

Let us know why you’re excited to join by sharing your interest with club leaders, then submit a membership application form, which they’ll provide after the meeting.

  4. 4. Complete evaluation

After applying, you’ll enter a brief observation period where your alignment with our membership criteria is assessed to ensure a strong match with the club’s values.

  5. 5. Get approved

Once your application is reviewed and approved, you’ll be officially welcomed as a member during an induction ceremony led by the club president or a district official. From there, you can dive into service projects, social events, and leadership opportunities while staying connected through regular club activities.
