Joining the Rotaract e-Club of Swahili is a straightforward and rewarding process that begins with your interest in positively impacting the community. Here's how you can become a member:
1. Make a membership request. This is the first step which is done via the established communication channels where you fill in the preliminary form with your information as required. Or head over to our members page to see if you're acquainted with any of our members so that he/she can help you get introduced.
2. Attend the Clubs Invited Meeting. The second step is to attend the club meeting that you are invited to attend as a guest. This gives you the opportunity to experience the club’s spirit, learn about our projects, and meet our members.
3. Express Your Interest. Let us know why you want to join the Rotaract e-club of Swahili during the meeting. The veteran club members and leaders will provide you with more information about the criteria for membership.
4. Submit an application. Once you've decided that you'd like to become a member, you'll need to submit a membership application form which you will get from the club
leaders.
5. Training, monitoring and evaluation. After application submission, the prospective member will be under observation for a certain amount of time (as decided by the board at that time) to analyze conformity to the criteria set for membership.
6. Membership Approval. The application will be reviewed by the board, and if it is approved you will officially become a member of the Rotaract e-Club of Swahili.
7. Induction. New members will be welcomed into the club during the induction ceremony where they will receive acknowledgement (by the club’s president or a district official) of official membership to the club and are introduced to the rest of the club members.
8. Get Involved. As a member, you'll have the opportunity to participate in our various service projects, attend social events, and develop your professional and leadership skills.
9. Stay Connected. Stay connected with fellow members and club activities through regular meetings, projects and all other activities.
